Please note that this guarantee applies to normal weather conditions and does not cover damage from severe storms or other unforeseen events.
A water-fed pole is a specialized window cleaning tool that allows us to clean exterior windows, especially those in hard-to-reach places, safely from the ground. It uses a telescopic pole with a brush attachment and a pure water system. The purified water, free of minerals and impurities, leaves your windows spot-free and sparkling without the need for squeegees. This method is environmentally friendly and often safer than traditional ladder work.
French pane windows, also known as divided light windows or multi-paned windows, are windows divided into smaller sections of glass. These sections are separated by grids (you can feel and touch them) that are attached to the glass surface, creating a classic, elegant look. They are common in many homes.
Each individual piece of glass is considered 1 pane. For example, a window with six smaller glass sections separated by grids is counted as six panes. A standard double-hung window (two sections, each with one pane of glass) would be counted as two panes. For a quick, rough estimate for your quote, you can use your house size as a general guide. We're happy to provide a precise pane count and accurate quote when we assess your property in person.
