Dave was very professional. He gave me notice of his pending arrival and he arrived on time. He was courteous and sensitive to my schedule as I work from home. He was accommodating to my fur babies as well. His workmanship was wonderful and he had quite a task to accomplish as I live in the woods and hadn’t cleaned my windows since we moved in 8 years ago. He went above and beyond and came in under the quoted price. I am very pleased and even asked him to give me extra business cards to refer him to my friends. I will definitely use his services again in the future!

The MW team called ahead to let me know they were running ahead of schedule, instead of just showing up–much appreciated. They were professional (introductions, shook hands, cordial) and paid attention to all of my special requests. They made sure the work was done to my satisfaction before they left. Excellent work! I have had many different companies throughout the years clean my windows on my home in School Lane Hills. I have never been so satisfied with someone’s work before today. Polite, professional , did everything he promised he would do and very fair pricing for top quality work. I will be getting on the quarterly plan that David offers.

Dave and Nico did an excellent job with my windows. They had not been cleaned in years. These guys came in very professional and knocked it out in a day. I came home to beautiful spotless windows! I am so pleased with the finished product and great customer service. Dave was great at communicating the whole time. Highly recommend these guys!

I had them to my house for the first time on November 5th,2025. It was a two man team (David and Miguel) and they did a great job. They arrived on time and it took them about 90 minutes. This included all my windows and 5 screens that I had removed. This is a very outgoing crew and they are easy to do business with. Where I live, the screens get really dirty and they did a spotless job on them. It is a great feeling ot have clean windows and screens!

David and Isaac were a delight! They effectively removed eight years of dust build-up on my blinds with efficiency and care. They also cleaned a few windows at my request. Just wanted to recommend this local small business for window cleaning. It’s is a husband and wife deal and they were very professional, very clean and thorough. Removed screens and cleaned windows inside and out PLUS basement window and transoms throughout the house (which I was not expecting). If you want to support a local business, this is a family you want to help. Very reasonably priced as well.

These two guys were really great they were punctual they were on time they did the windows I didn’t have to do anything to help them or anything they did a great great job and I have had many cleaners before and these guys are the best around take my advice….. also gives you a heads up when they will be there what time and they are very very punctual.Give these two guys a chance they know what they’re doing they do excellent Splendid work no problems at all thanks again guys you were great.

Our experience with Magical Window Cleaning was top notch from start to finish. A thorough walk through was done to ensure we received a fair and accurate quote. The invoicing system for down payment and final payment was very easy to use. The staff were respectful, polite and hard working. The results were impeccably clean windows, screens and lighting fixtures. They did a final walk around and made sure that we were fully satisfied and touched up any little water spot they saw. It is clear that they take pride in their work. We look forward to having them back and would certainly recommend them!

Dave and crew arrived on time. Hooked up to my water. Showed me with a TDS how clean the water was they were going to use. Scrubbed down really dirty exterior windows, 3 doors, a sliding glass door and a skylight. My house is surrounded by trees and with all the rain, humidity and insects they were really dirty. Other than the windows and door that were done by hand, the rest were done with the brush and RO water. When they were done there was still a significant amount of water on the windows and frames. Dave said they would dry clear and I was very skeptical the windows and frames wouldn’t be spotted when they dried. Checked last night and this morning and I’d have to say my skepticism was wrong. The everything they cleaned looks great and I guess you can say I am a believer. I will want them to come back next May because they did a great job and I can just enjoy the view.
